• On a phone: open your Wi-Fi network details and look for the gateway or router field.
• If orbilogin.com will not resolve, type the gateway IP 192.168.1.1 directly. A VPN or custom IP range is a common reason the name fails, so the IP is the reliable fallback.

You are connected to a satellite, not the router

Manage the mesh through the main Orbi router. If the page will not load, make sure you are on the Orbi network and not a neighbor’s or a guest network.

The password is rejected
